The Pennsylvania Asthma Partnership (PAP) developed a comprehensive list of asthma resources for Pennsylvania. The resources are broken down as statewide, national, and specific counties within Pennsylvania regions. Each county will include asthma resources within five focus areas: Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), Home or Indoor Environment, Other Social Services, Outside Environment, or School Resources.
The
PAP is a diverse, multi-disciplinary partnership of agencies, organizations and
individuals in the commonwealth concerned with asthma who are committed to the
sharing of mutual expertise and resources in addressing and reducing the burden
of asthma in Pennsylvania. The PAP is managed by the American Lung Association
of Pennsylvania and is funded by the Pennsylvania Department of Health through
a cooperative agreement with the Centers for Disease Control and
Prevention.
