Assess the Need

A worksite wellness assessment describes employee health risks and concerns, current health promotion practices (policies, activities, etc.) and capacities, and opportunities to reduce risks through current, enhanced, or improved practices.

Assessments should be made of the organization, the workforce, and the physical environment.  For a comprehensive assessment, use the tools below:

Organization Assessment-Evaluates current programs, services and policies, and identifies areas for improvement.
