Assess School's Health and Wellness Policies

Assess your school’s health and wellness policies and practices to celebrate success and develop a plan for improvement.  A self-assessment provides a baseline for what is working well and what could be improved upon.  The self-assessment can be used to create a detailed plan with action items to reach school wellness goals.  Completing a self-assessment also helps districts meet federal school meal program requirements of the Healthy, Hunger-Free Kids Act of 2010.
